According to my flight tracker app, VA885 and VA887 (delayed MEL-SYD flights) are just to the north-west of Canberra at the moment and are both a grave danger of missing curfew in SYD.

they are taking quite different routes in too, they are both on descent, might just make it . but very close

They're both going very fast, but with 17 minutes to go I'm not sure it's fast enough. If I were a betting person, I'd say that the 887 will just make it but the 885 will miss out by a couple of minutes.
