Having used the JQ price match a few weeks ago, I decided to look up the bookings, as the email confirmation has still not come through :evil:

It shows that additional payment is required (which is the difference between the standard fare published and the price match fare)

Is this normal ?

It will look like that until the ticket has been issued, so don't worry, it's normal to show an "outstanding" amount. It will go away.

However, I'd be a bit concerned that the ticket still hasn't been issued after several weeks...

JQ tickets instantly, its just an accounting thing, nothing to worry about.

Yep - But it's Jetstar and I don't expect much, besides the agent was laughing when I was giving him my email address..... It's not funny at all but no doubt he stuffed it up....

Thought as much, but as per above I'll ring them for an email ticket confirmation....

ISTR the T&C state it can take up to 3 days for the ticket to be emailed.

Check the dedicated JQ price match thread herein.

I didn't ring them about it, but checking the ticket online again and it's showing as a normal ticket with no additional payment required now
