I have done this in the past with long day transits.
I also managed to do it in April when onward connection was missed and then given a flight the next day but still managed to get back airside and into the lounge. I did have a boarding pass for the missed flight though and may also have been given a note from ground crew with permission to go back airside.
I think it should be possible to see ground crew on arrival and mention that I have a flight the next morning and could I go back airside. I think one of the lounges airside closes ~2:00am and would be good to kill some time.
Another option is to use the Arrivals lounges but that closes ~midnight and still leaves a long time until 5:00am.
Anyone with experience going back to airside with overnight transit?
