Amex website problems

Anyone had issues with the Plat Charge card benefits website (accessed after logging into your account) ? I haven't been able to access it for probably a month now despite trying 5 or 6 different computers and browers. Just says redirecting then cannot display this page. Rang Amex and they were totally disinterested. Also mentioned that there was a fair bit of anger out there regarding their recent changes and asked about the process of cancelling my card. The response was again, total disinterest.

I had issues this time last week logging in on PC, no problems with iPhone.

This week no dramas
