Rydges PriorityGuest Revamp?

Rydges also haven't credited my last 3 stays. With the revamp the claim missing nights is gone too and they aren't responding tom emails.

I'm having the same issue - though only for one missing stay. My previous points have now expired, something the missing stay would have prevented.

Now I'm trying work up the motivation to get them all back.

I've had the same issues. I both rang and e-mailed Rydges to cmplain.

Got an e-mail this morning = the missing points cannot be posted until the new website is up and running (about another two weeks). Also password: need to request to reset it and then go to my profile and change it to whatever you want.

btw the major thing that annoys me at the moment is that my old password doesn't work on the new site and although I've requested a new password twice the emails have not appeared.

I had the same issue this morning. What's the cr*p about CS looking at it within 24 hours and responding. Every other program sends an email within a minute?? Seriously they have lost me

Used the assistance option and chose technical support. Took a week for them to respond roughly but they sorted out my issue.

They must have been reading this thread, Discussion Topic or my email (or all three). I've already got a response, re-setting my password :o (an hour and three quarters - must be a record).
