Finding PNR from Elong Booking

Sigh, I can definetely feel my hair falling out from the stress of booking China domestic flights - finally managed to get the Elong site to work and it produced ticket numbers for my CZ flights but no PNR!

Any way I can find out the PNR using the ticket numbers (perhaps from another Skyteam airline's site)?

(I thought Star* was the 'Dark Side', Sky Team seems to be the 'Dark, Dark Side').

Ahh found the right page on the CZ site (only in Chinese though) it took the ticket number then advised no record of the reservation so I guess it hasn't been ticketed yet

China Southern ticket numbers should have a 784- prefix.
