Thanks, found a Platinum Challange on FT, emailed Ritz Carlto and have 3 months of Platinum. Must achieve 18 nights in 3 months. Have 6 nights next week. Hoping for nice upgrade and exec level access in Washington

DId you email the hotel directly or did you go to a Marriotts rewards email address?

What time frame did it take until they initiated the challenge?

My first night starts on 27 May and I want to know how close I can leave it to initiate it without the hassles of doing it on my trip.
