Regional Hotel Loyalty

Are there any recommended hotel loyalty programs for typical regional hotels.
I spend much of my time in regional areas all over Aust. Have not see any in my travels.
A Best Western loyalty program would be good, I try to stay there for the Q FF points.

thanks will check this out. Comfort and Quality are in some place I stay.

The two big ones are the Best Western Rewards program, and the Choice Hotels Privilege program.

Note that while both are global programs, they both have some Australia (Australasia) specific features.
