Wow, it looks like QF really did listen to us at lunch. A week from request to implement, that's pretty impressive!

Are they new NPPP's or just the same old chunky ones (The old ones were great, i don't mind if they're new or old flavours).

Here, this is for you:

;)

Sparkling options were the Salinger (same as J lounge) and Croser vintage.

Cheers,
- Febs.

Bahahaha. Love the pic.

But you are all right. Some of the Platinum bag tags look similar to silver and we are aware of this. Platinum bag tags that are now produced are a darker colour and do not look like the silver ones anymore.

OK where can I order my replacement set? ;)

Did anyone ask why QF phone operators have more seats available than whats on the web site and then have to lose points for it?".

Aww no forum user names (or any names for that matter) listed under the interviewees!

It's obvious that the interviews were done after the wine tab had been closed ;)

awilcockson, there's an awful lot of images of you drinking red wine!

I managed to mainly avoid the cameras so mission accomplished for me:)

And trippin_the_rift is a camera hog ;)

I don't know if that's necessarily true, but the need to call to perform transactions that could easily be handled online (and consequently incurring a points cost) was raised.

The point was there were many things (voucher redemptions as one example, specially when using for multi-city bookings) that could and should be completed without operator intervention, and the program should look at increasing the ability of customers to self-service in these areas.

On the availability question: depending on the QFF tier, the agents have access to 'droids' that can locate reward seats. In the case of P1, agents servicing this tier will have access to a greater number of these droids which will have the specific ability to allocate reward seats from revenue inventory.
