I just signed my cat up, the cat after answering surveys gets awarded the sites frequent flyer points which are then exchanged for cash and withdrawn via paypal.

There's no QF FF points on this site available that I can see

Registered, received three survey offers and after 5 minutes or so have been turned down on all three. So far it’s been a waste of time, and I’ve made nothing, though I’m sure they’ve received little bits of data on me each time.

Certainly asked a lot of questions when i signed up though they got no answers.

If anyone thinks you'll makes heaps from this - think again. Far from it.

Being part of 2 survey companies myself, it's taken me a while to accumulate any kind of sizable reward. This is just incidental really, and I keep the rewards to one side so that one day I may decide to redeem them.

Over at least 3 years I've made only about $250 of rewards in total (of course not through this program, which is new) - none yet redeemed, but that's an estimate. So don't get your hopes up, although in saying that you decide whether your time investment is worth it or not.

I’m not looking to retire off taking surveys, but a little spare cash from a survey wouldn’t be a bad thing, it’s just I’ve had 3 offers, all of which shut me out partway through, sort of trying to get half my information without paying me :p sneaky!

I'm not sure how far you got before they said, 'sorry you don't qualify', but the screening questions don't usually collect enough to milk something out of you that would be useful.

I mean, your age, income and how often you smoke or drink is not useful by itself for a company really.

I can understand the need for screening (and doing surveys via the internet makes this easier), though I agree it would be nice if there were still some participation reward (for example, for another company I do surveys with, if you qualify for a survey and complete it, you get $3.00, but if you complete screening but don't qualify, you get $0.20).

I’m starting to think I should be a smoker… ;)

I should point out that was just an example. At least, the previous survey I was screened for asked me (apart from some sundry demographics) if I smoked and how often I buy jewellery.

I didn't get to complete the survey.

Likewise. It was the only one I've been asked to do, and it presented me with 'you qualify'. I said I was male, and the next screen was blank with an arrow. Clicking the arrow said 'Sorry, you do not qualify'.

I'll stick to my AC Nielsen Your Voice stuff. I get $200-300 worth of gift cards out of that each year, and most are related to booze or new food products. Works great for me (drink some wine, do some surveys, get free wine and shopping vouchers to buy more booze to do more surveys... and the wheel goes on).

:)

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm now one survey away from my first cash reward redemption with these guys. I got sick of even trying to take the Frequent Flyer Rewards survey as they continuously told me I didn't qualify, usually after only asking my sex, age and if I was a smoker (all information on my profile, so why even bother offering the survey to me in the first place???)

Neither myself or mrsdrron ever qualified for a survey so they are now ignored.
only problem with AC neisen is that when you are OS they wont let you take the survey as soon as you click on as you are not residing in Australia.

I've done 4-5 surveys, and never once received any cash for it. I enquired and they said 'but you didn't complete any'.

Received an invite today. Am going to remove myself, pointless.

Exactly my experience too. Why ask questions when the surveys should already be targeted?

I received a reminder today and have now unregistered myself. Apparently all money earned will be lost…

LOL, I unregistered as well, and had to laugh at the pathetic attempt to make me change my mind ... oh noes, my entire $0.00 will be lost.

Every survey I try to do gives me an error when I click on the link... "you are not eligible to do this survey"

why send it to me then!!!! Only thing I did was clicking on the link, if that makes me ineligible....
