"Up to eight weeks" may be the outer limit for credit of QFF points after issue of the EDR QF MasterCard. My experience:

Monday 15th November: applied for card online

Friday 19th November: card issued

Wednesday 24th November: first purchase debited

Monday 13th December: first statement available online

Tuesday 14th December: 16K points credited to QFF account

That's a shade under three weeks after the "eligible purchase". :)

Got my 16k bonus points today...yay...!

I'm actually suprised to see these points handed out so quickly, have not yet had a statement yet and not even had the card for a month yet...!

:shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock::shock:

11th November: first purchase debited

19th November: annual fee debited

20th November: first statement issued

10th December: points from first statement period credited to QFF account

??th December??: 16K points credited to QFF account

Still waiting for my 16K points a month after first purchase, and a week after I paid the first statement in full. Seems they are very quick to charge the annual fee, but not so quick to credit points

Got my 16k points credited today, after paying the first statement last week.

Sweet.

1st statement payment due 31Dec, points & bomus points credited yesterday.
Havent paid anything to date.

Secondary card has finnaly arrived 2 wks after take ID proof to a W store.
16k points credited to QFF account before bill has been paid.

Their call centre is painfully slow. I hope that things eventually get to some form of normal waiting time on hold vs 40 mins each time I've called. But once I have got through all questions and actions have been handled fine.

My card arrived yesterday and I activated it today. They matched exactly the limit on my other credit card. I logged in and paid the fee immediately to avoid interest charges. I asked about getting a secondary card for my husband, but was told "the forms won't be available to do that until some time in January - we'll make a note to send you one then." Those of you who have a secondary card already: how did you do it?

Points appeared on my e-statement on the 17th December and appeared in my QFF account today!! :)

Overall my experience with Woolworths has not been too bad. 16,000 points for $89 and 1 for 1 dollar to points is pretty good.

We got a second card by filling in the paper application from Wollies, this was for the initial application, and included a section for 2nd card holder.

Have been trying to change the PIN number this week, 'impossible' according to my local HSBC branch, these days they are fixed. Especially irritating as the PIN I have been given is so easy to guess, its one of those that they wouldn't let you pick.....
ATM doesn't give option to change also.....

I thought it was somewhere in online services, when you log into the website.

There's an Additional Card Holder form at https://www.everydaymoney.com.au/edm/wps/portal/money/myaccount; you don't need to be logged in.

I changed mine when I phoned up to activate the card, they did it in a matter of seconds. If you're still stuck, give them a call.

Just got the 16k points, that and the ability to pay some bills that don't allow AMEX with a $1 1 pt card makes this a good deal.

With a 20k limit this card works well for paying personal stuff to earn a point a dollar.
That 16k bonus was a bit of a gift.

Changed mine online now

Have never had a card which allowed this before, I though it was usual to do this at the ATM.

Thanks to those who gave this tip :)

Has anyone had problems with their card lately? I have 2 separate transactions declined today and when I called up I was told that there was an issue at HSBC's end which they rectified on the spot. I have not be told the specifics of the cause or whether it will recur. Haven't had such experience with other cards before but happy to have resolved this and being able to get through the line after a 10 minute wait. It's Christmas eve anyway, I doubt there would be many people calling the service line. :)

For those with cards how long do they take to issue? It's over two weeks since I applied and 10 days since I got a 'Welcome to Everyday Rewards' email.
