Does anyone have a website for Air NZ to check their flight details? I have put the PIR into Checkmytrip and Viewtrip and it does not come up.

I have reviewed the Airnz site and it says there are only 3 available seats on seat select but Seat Counter has 7+

Cheers

Noted the previous threads on old systems but thought they may have sorted it out by now

Yah 100 posts - i'm all growed up now

How did you make the original booking, was it direct through Air NZ or with a TA???

Have you tried putting your PNR and details into the NZ booking managment system? If it comes up there there is no reason why is shouldn't come up on checkmytrip, unless NA have disabled that functionality, but I don't see why they would ...
Simply put, Air NZ do not use Amadeus, nor any of the other common GDS's.

There is absolutely no reason a solely AIrNZ itinerary booked on AirNZ.com would come up on www.checkmytrip.com as that utility can only access Amadeus PNR's.

As for the OP's seating availability issue, do they have any AirNZ, Koru Club or *A status? AirNZ block around 40% of the seats (mainly forward in Space+) for 'elites' and the show as allocated/taken unless a passenger has said status.

Thanks Josh & Serfy

Probably answers the questions as i dont have NZ status. will check the link though
