I just checked in for my flight tomorrow and printed out the boarding pass.

When it printed, It looks like the boarding pass has been cropped. I was wondering will the barcode still read it at check in or do I have to go up to the Virgin check in counter and get a new one?

Hi there,
your boarding pass can be reprinted at the boarding gate or in The Lounge - no need to queue up at the check in counters. Would you mind if I had someone from our IT team contact you via PM? Funnily enough when I printed out my own webcheck boarding pass this week in the Virgin Blue head office it came out so small I could not read it so there is obviously an issue here.
cheers

go to the desk near the gate. Don't worry, you are already checked in - even if you line up and the pass fails to scan you would just be sent to the gate to have the boarding pass reprinted. Have a good flight.

I had the same problem when directly printing from IE on my notebook. I copied and pasted it into word and printed it that way.
