So tonight whilst looking at my booking I noticed from ADL-SIN I had no seat selected, even though I have purchased a preferred seat and have the receipt.
I called through to Spore, who advised I still had that seat even though it wasn't reflecting on the site.
I called a second time, just to be sure! To be told, I don't have a preferred seat selection and to call through to the ADL Spore line. I advised that the guy I spoke with previously said I did have a seat.. and why was she telling me different..
So, when I gave more details.. blah blah and then suggested that would it be a 24hr period for the change to occur (even though in my line of thought, this would have happened when Spore changed the flight number) and I was advised yes..
And I'm still not so sure..
I was never advised of this change..
what are your thoughts? Had the same experience?
