ANA's upcoming 777-300ERs will have a 2 x 4 x 3 config in Y, which means that the cabin also has to be 89% full before anyone gets allocated a "climb-over-two-people-to-get-out" seat.
Except the problem with 2x4x3 is that the '3' seat is by the window - where lots of people like to sit... as they do on the aisle. I can't imagine seeing a whole plane with just the middle and window or aisle and middle occupied (with with either the window or aisle left free!)
FWIW Egyptair also employs the same 2x4x3 config on their 777s. I've seen a 'first tier' airline with it as well but can't put my finger on it at the moment.
