Where is that pesky ‘cat’ chick who floats around here?

Yep Champs served n plastic flutes and yes I did drink that one instead of wasting it.

S (PY) totally full today so could not scope it out any further for you 👍
Thank you! I can handle plastic. I mean, I'd much rather be in J but four seats is just getting tricky....

I love the staff in TPR - just reminiscing with Staff Member Melissa who told me I was the very first pax she ever interacted with in old TPR on her very first day of employment in TPR.

OMG she listed the exact high backed wing chair I would always occupy - she listed the exact table I would always sit for breakfast - and then when she asked what would I like to order I just looked up kinda surprised and said ‘the usual’

She had no idea but scurried out to kitchen and said Me Elite want ‘the usual’ - what is that?

Kitchen staff reeled it off:
  1. Perrier with lemon
  2. English breakfast tea with milk no sugar
  3. Plate of fruit
  4. Strawberry or mango yoghurt
  5. Eggs Benedict but make sure white is cooked / yolk still runny
So this gorgeous girl reeled all this from 10years ago - OMG.

But at that stage I was so lucky to be flying monthly MEL-SIN-PVG/PEK month after month - and all on pts - OMG those were the good old days 👍👍👍

A man and his routine :D

That's pretty much a perfect breakfast!

Just managed to change a reserved redemption booking next June. Originally the transit AMS-SIN-SYD involved a 3 day stopover if I wanted time between flights to shower, etc. 3 days was too long but a waitlist just changed to available so now arrival SIN 0530 and 19.5hr transit with 0045 dep.
Suggestions how to fill the transit time incl some relax time in these parameters?

You dont say if you hv lounge access ? Theres always the free Spore bus tour : Free Singapore Tours | Changi Airport - this means completing electronic arrvl card but then you can visit Jewel as well, instead of just taking the airside T3/T2 train thru the middle of it. But if you want to stay airside then book a hotel for 6-8 hrs, use the outdoor pool & gym adjacent to T1 transit hotel, or hv a massage. My personal time-filler is the terminal circumnavigation - walk the length of each T1, T2, T3, see the sights in each ,and then catch the train to the next one.. Works best if you hv lounge access for refreshment stop enroute!

Presumably this isn’t your first time to Singapore? Just book a day hotel in the city centre, get some food from the hawker centres, do a little sightseeing, and a satay dinner at Lau Pa Sat before heading back to the airport.

Thelast time I had concierge service was a tight connection SQ to MH. The little lady concierge in heels tried to escort me from gate to gate.
Unfortunately for her my walking pace was much faster than hers. So i said to her I know where to go thanks very much, otherwise it would have been me waiting for her to catch up.

Do you have lounge access?
If so then freshen up/shower and breakfast in lounge. Then MRT into town
If no lounge access, then the Swimming pool at T1 has shower facilities.

Then what you do depends on what you have done before
You can leave your carry on at the Luggage storage landside/airside not far from the entrance to the MRT.
The last time I used luggage storage, only landside could store the laptop.

SQ also has 4 different free 2.5hr singapore tours.
