Only two therapists working yesterday afternoon. So no t even operating at capacity.. But I had no trouble getting a spot so maybe they

proactive booking already made for me (as a P1)

If I may ask, did QF make the booking on your behalf as you are P1 or did someone else request the booking (i.e. a TA ?) ... reason I ask, a few of my colleagues are P1, but they never had any proactive spa bookings done or were offered a slot when requested - usually, it's fully booked for today response. or a long waitlist, by when they'd have already left the lounge to board.

Once was on check-in at the MEL first / platinum area. Was told a slot was reserved.

The other was when I randomly stopped in there to get a replacement boarding pass which had torn during my connection. I think I was offered a spa spot, rather than it being reserved for me.

Going back a few years P1s could pre-book spa appointments via email. I did this several times. But I was told this had stopped and was no longer policy, so haven’t tried for a few years.
