Anyone else having issues on the Qantas website to Manage your booking? I can't see mine despite being able to see it from the app. Have tried on two different browsers and laptops. I only see this screen.

Not just you - just logged in to check; same thing.

Amusingly, not showing bookings but still asking me if I want to spend points to "offset" emissions on next week's flights...

Same for me. Logged in vaa laptop from NZ to https://www.qantas.com/au/en/my-account/bookings

Being discussed in the Qantas IT gripes thread. Should be fixed now, but when its happened in the past, I add a booking via the PNR/Name and all the bookings re-appeared.

Only realised that QF Jewel check in closes at 4.15pm according to Changi website.

Have checked in online, have BP"s for QF 38 tonight, 11.30pm departure.

Is it 3 hours prior to our flight or can we present earlier to the desk for luggage check-in (have oversize ) as there are a QF flights at 7.30 and 8pm?

QF check-in desks will be open for earlier QF flights. Additionally, I discovered a couple of weeks ago that you don't need to schlep to thee Jewel. you can use the SATS premier check-in instead. Not sure if its restricted to premium cabins or status but discovered this when needing to checking at 2:30pm.

Just found this, I had completely forgotten about this - last used it flying F pre Covid

Yup, you're good to go then. I too was WP in J. Only reason I knew about it as turned up to the QF check-in desks and they displayed that option. SATS check-in was dead. Facing the QF checkin desks, its to your left and towards the back.

A breeze, through in a few minutes and now ensconced in the First Lounge
Also a sign offering upgrade options!
