I’m still missing 10 SCs from the fuel category, even though I met the 1000 points…

Anyone have an email contact etc? Or is it an hour on hold to the call centre for me? 😩

QF sent me an email yesterday evening regarding the Stautus Credits on the Ground promo.
One of the questions related to a potential 50 SC earn in one of the categories.

Sydney Qantas Valet for Fuel and Car category for 4 valet bookings taken in Nov and Dec still haven't landed after 8 weeks so just called and spent some fun times on the phone with the call centre - they will follow up - have emailed them the invoices.

Update - had to call them twice since.

Basically, Qantas credited me the missing Qantas Points - but they were generic points, and did not go under the Fuel and Cars category. So I had to call to tell them that they may have to credit me the 10 SC manually, as the system won't be doing it as Fuel and Cars are still short points. They are following up.

I signed up for Red Energy on 23/12/2025, and paid my first bill in early February and received my sign-up bonus of 10,000 points after. Was surprised to see my account credited with 20 SC due to the on-the-ground offer. Not complaining receiving the free SC but I thought the points needed to be earnt prior to 31st Dec 2025. This would have saved me spending $ and points on a status run to Adelaide to earn 17 SC to push me into Silver few weeks ago.

Has anyone received their bonus points for BP? I'm still waiting!
Not yet - still a few more weeks per the T&Cs (up to 8 weeks from 31 Jan, so may not arrive until near the end of March).
