Koala Airlines Discussion

From whatever scant plans the "Koala" is cooking up, it seems to be a Bonza 2.0 without actually being called that.

If that is the case, they would barely be competing with QF/JQ or VA on the majority of their 'so called' proposed network (whatever it is) if that's the case.
 
Getting leases is one thing. Finding a few hundred million in startup capital is another, then the next few hundred million once that is burnt.
 
Would seem the big ticket issue is that and then getting paying customers who want to bring along their pet platypus…. Just sayin’
 
Koala has a new logo and website, including an AI Koala...


The logo looks worse than the latest Qantas kangaroo imho, particularly around the face.
 
Facebook page is also up for Koala.
 
According to the Management Team LinkedIn search, all are employed elsewhere.

Seems like Bill is running this alone trying to find someone to fund it.

I hope he has read the Bonza creditors report. Will give him a good run down on expenses involved and how it’s somewhat not possible to make a buck here with such local costs not favouring a new startup with high lease costs.
