Yes, that was what I was referring to.There is a way to manually approve them. But you must be P1 to access this.

No changes, or at least none that have been made known. I assume they were more familiar or used to international requests. Domestic is D for business and N for economy.For domestic business rewards, is it still D class that's required? I just had an agent insist that only I class was able to be requested and I didn't argue because it only affected me by an hour, but unsure if something's changed recently?
Requested a PER>MEL leg on the 27/11/25 yesterday, accidentally didn't mention I wanted business class and the economy got approved... Then clarified and asked for business and this also was approved. Pretty happy with it being so seamless
