I haven't flown Singapore before but a friend is adamant that they don't fly J from ADL to SIN and I can see flights with J

Am I missing something

Oh dear. Booked out for date she wants? Do you know the preferred date to check? Maybe an excuse or something?
Bro and SIl flew J in SQ a couple of months ago.
She wouldn’t know how to book. I’ll chat to her and see who gave her the info. She doesn’t have a final date yet

i suspect like you that maybe she enquired with a travel agent and they told her it was ‘unavailable’ rather than it not being available on any service, on any day.

There is one TA known to us whom at every opportunity spruiks Qatar. And to one niece gave some rather incorrect info about SQ flying into somewhere like Rome or Athens. You know who I'm talking about. Not the one who does YouTube.
