I'm thinking possibly getting confused with F. I've often seen infrequent flyers mix the two up.

No she is definitely not getting confused with F. Her words were there are no business class flights between Adelaide and Singapore

I don't think such an omission has ever existed with any aircraft flying internationally from Adelaide. What on earth is that TA on about.
