Yes the area was quite green. The tour guide said that they are in what he calls a green drought. They’ve had enough winter rain to green things up but are still technically in drought.

We really enjoyed a trip to the McLaren Vale wineries, a bit more low key than the Barossa.
Your food pictures looked yummy.
