First of all, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced — I completely understand how frustrating it must be to miss out on a discount you were eligible for.
This issue is part of an ongoing system error at some BP station POS terminals, and it’s not your fault at all. Our technical team is actively working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Upon checking your transaction I can confirm that you did not receive the 5c per litre discount, nor the 5x bonus points that were part of the promotional offer.
To make up for this, I’ve gone ahead and added:
140 points for the missed 5x bonus points140 points for the missed $1.40 discount (based on your fuel purchase)
As a gesture of goodwill, I’ve also added extra points, bringing the total to 1000 Qantas Points.
Please note that these points may take 24 to 48 hours to reflect in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

I did put 21 litres in this morning and noticed now at POS it pops up " do you want (for my 21 litres) $1.05 fuel discount? "
I hit cancel and only got 21 points.
Think you might have to accept?
Anyway, I'm very happy with the above outcome.
