ALL Accor+ Explorer Membership Discussion

They always needed the number to get the discount. Either you quote it or you show them on a card or on a phone for them to enter onto the system.
I know they enter a number into the system for the discount but thats pretty much the only time. But I dont know if they enter only the short member number or the full card number (sometimes they're quick, other times they take a while)

Just checked into Sofitel Brisbane Central there is a due in club Millesime about the launch of the new Accor Explorer program. Some people there to take questions.

So if anyone wants to put a question through me - general ones I guess - please send them along till about 7:15pm Eastern time

What makes you think that?

I can't see any availability on a single date using Stay Plus.
In light of now having 2 Stay plus nights to play with I decided to have a general scan of Melbourne/Victoria properties for the next several months and availability for Stay Plus seems to be be much reduced as compared to a few weeks ago.
Wonder if this is a decision of some hotels to safeguard revenue given the doubling of Stay Plus nights now in circulation

I would love it if you could ask what happened to the Stay Night booking that redeemed before 1/10, but cancel after 1/10. Will we get back as 1 stay night or 2 stay nights?

Someone already mentioned that it will be 2, but I currently only get back 1, and all the online searches seem to have no clear answer, as Accor also removed the question post that someone posted before on their website

Can you please ask Q: ALL Accor+ Explorer membership year still seems to be aligned with previous Accor Plus membership expiry (eg in my case until 31/8/2026), while ALL status is now based on calendar year basis (ie to 31/12/2026). Wasn't the plan to align these two timeframes?
Re the new Stay Plus nights, if my ALL Accor+ Explorer expiry is 31/8/2026, I won't see these nights until that time, rather than at the start of the new programme, ie today? (I've already used my old programme stay plus night before 1 oct that was given on Accor plus membership renewal at 31/8/2025))

The only timeframe that changed was to move the status onto the same calendar year as everyone else. The ALL Accor+ Explorer still matches your Accor Plus, just that you won't have a statis assessment done when you renew.

If you've used your Stay Plus you'll get two when you renew next year.

And you definitely hadn't already used your stay plus night this membership year?
Not this membership year. I renewed at the end of August under the old system and got Plat again with the additional ten bonus nights that landed last night.

I’ve just talked to the Accor rep here and while she wasn’t totally on top of the game she does say yes, I should have two new SNUs and that exception I found about only a certain types of explorer memberships being valid she disagreed with.

So I should have them, they’re not there so I’ll have to follow up I guess.

I’ll ask this question here before I ask the Accor rep.

I’ve earned a bit over 11,000 status points in the in the past year as Plat. Shouldn’t I be getting an extra StayPlus night for every 4000?

Everything in the App appears fine with mine

One thing of note is I made a booking to the Fairmont Nile Cairo a few days ago and did another dummy booking to see the new 'discount' absolutely no change in price between pre and post changes.

See what is wrong with this picture. I have requalified for 2026 on from status points and I could have sworn that it had been updated in my account. The new suite night upgrades from when I requalified are still there.

No. It's after 14,000 status points you get it. Oh wait. You mean if you hit platinum based on nights? Then not sure.

Thanks @jase05 . Yes SNU

, Ah, that rings a bell.

I got Plat last time and this time via bonus nights. I will roll over 14,000 status points by the end of this year.

The app says.

So it should say every 4000 status points thereafter.

And that isn’t correct either. You get 1 extra SNU at 18,000 status points and then 1 extra SNU every 4000 after that.
If you have reached Platinum via nights for example you still won’t get your next SNU until you earn 18,000 points
