Received in PER today. I just assume this will be my fourth year of filling out an order and getting nothing. Although this year there is a green crayon mark, whatever that might mean.

that's a step in the right direction - 2 years ago I had a blank order form which resulted in 0, last year I was green crayon and I received my order of 6 (different mix though), and am green again this year. Good luck.

Prices for 2023 vintage are

Shiraz Mataro - $60 unch
Shiraz Malbec - $60 unch
Shiraz - $80 up $5
Shiraz 24 - $80 up $5
Malbec $65 unch
Cab Malbec -$75 up $5
Cab Sav - $75 up $5
I have all my order forms from when I first started buying, 2014 vintage, so had a look back at pricing then for those interested:
Shiraz Mataro - $45
Shiraz Malbec - $45
Shiraz - $60
Malbec - $45
Cab Malbec - $55
Cab Sav - $55
Muscat - $25 (now $30)

Without researching I would assume the price changes are largely in line with the CPI over that period. I'd also suggest demand has increased in this time and supply has been restricted to a degree (6 bottle limit introduced across all wines), meaning very reasonable pricing.

The secondary market average price change over this time would make an interesting comparison.
