Attempting to logon seems to pull up a new format website which does not recognize my account/password.
Might affect my future wandering

Had been a message last few days suggesting site updates coming.

Login screen seems to be going via an auth0.com domain.

ExpertFlyer seems to have a new home and login page.

I tried signing into my account from the new home page, and it didn't recognise my account/password. So I reset my password. But when I tried to login again, it took me to the old website which did not recognise the new password I had just set. Ugh.

I don't notice any changes to the website after logging in, so the change seems to just be in the marketing.

Same issue. Old website still recognises the old password.

I just tried to use it and it took me to a landing page affinity me to register for a free trial.

I was able to find a login link but after entering my credentials, it took me to the old page, asking me to log in again.

I recall login details being different back when I was beta testing the first attempt at a new site pre COVID.

No issues for me logging in and I'm seeing the updates per the beta version I've been using most recently. Based on the URL, I'm definitely looking at a production version of the new site.

Let me log in on my phone but defaulted to the “Seat Alerts” limited functionality.

The Seat Alerts app seems to have been bricked again…

Meanwhile, requesting the desk top version takes you back to the old EF (from what I could tell).

They're calling it "slightly more modern" and "mostly unchanged" for the desktop version. It looks similar but the feel is slightly different.

None of my Seat Maps have converted properly (I was part of the beta testing, as were some others here.. ExperFlyer beta program - April 2025).

I guess they wanted to go-live with the new updates and expect they will continuing to make updates as they go, but hopefully they haven't broken too much to put current users off.

I reported a few bugs during the beta (sort order of saved queries, Edit function of existing queries disappeared) and none of them have been fixed yet.
