Melbourne Etihad Lounge

Has anyone used the etihad designated lounge at Melbourne airport in the early hours of the morning ? We have a business class flight (also gold level membership) departing Melbourne airport at 5am , which would mean we would ideally like to be able to access the lounge in the hours prior. However when looking at the ‘house by aspire ‘ website it show an opening time of 5.30 am. With etihad having a 5am departure 4 or 5 times a week , this seems bizarre? Any insight would be appreciated

If flying Etihad, check here https://www.etihad.com/en-ke/plan/fly-with-etihad/lounges I'd say airlines would normally have an alternative option for passengers so you may be directed to Marhaba lounge?

Thankyou for replying , we finally got an answer from the house lounge at Melbourne , and they have told us that they will be open early to cater for the 5am flight. So we will find out in a couple of months

We travel with Etihad often ,and have used the lounge before. It’s a far more comfortable place to wait for boarding than the gate

If my memory serves me correctly my in laws told me they have a better food menu and drinks menu especially for EY J flights (Moet Champagne & A la Carte dinning)

Just used the lounge for the 5am flight, it now doesn't close overnight on days this flight operates. A la carte dining was available for Etihad passengers with access (I was in economy with Gold Guest via status match).
