Bangkok Airport lounge access. What is the name(s) and can anyone use upon payment or does it have to be pre-booked. We have an 7 hour transit in October.

On our last trip through BKK we had access to the Miracle Lounge thanks to MH J tickets but people were paying to enter and for memory I think it was 1000 baht for 2hrs max. Very comfortable and decent enough food and beverage selection. I really enjoyed it but at 2hrs max for paying customers I’m not sure it’s worth doing.
Personally for that length of time I’m probably popping over to the Novotel and having a swim and a few drinks at the bar or maybe even a snooze. Rooms are generally $150-200 so you might not think it’s worth it but kids might enjoy a break and gets you out of the airport. Alternatively plenty of cheap hotels near by with a 5-10 minute cab ride

I’m currently at BKK on a long transit (thanks to schedule change) from Thailand to Australia. Had planned to visit Novotel for a swim, but my departure from Krabi was considered international so I’m stuck here at BKK airport! No access to Arrivals area to “re-enter” Thailand. Airport staff escort all transit passengers to and from the plane, then to the transit area. If you’re transiting from within Thailand to your onward international flight, please try and be treated as a domestic traveller so you can leave the airport!

I have previously paid to enter the Air France lounge but this was way back in 2016 so could well have changed / closed down / who knows what since then. I do recall that you had to book and pay in advance (not simply turn up and pay at the door) but I can't recall where online I made the booking. Sorry, not very helpful but google might do better!
