QF used to have a bus service (~codeshare) in remote WA many moons ago.

I have an upcoming HND to HEL on AY. I think you used to be able to get a boat to Vladivostok then the Trans-Siberian to Moscow then a train to Helsinki via St Petersburg but that was before Vlad's Special Military Operation.

Yes between Tom Price and Paraburdoo....they didn't check whether you caught the bus or not and awarded SCs anyway. A FTer got to Plat this way but then cried foul when his Qf account got suspended...there was not a lot of sympathy for him and he was eventually hounded off FT I think.

Almost. The first 10 - 20 mins, though, are on a local commuter train, depending on which way to you, before you get to connect to an intercity.

An interesting little feature is the priority services at the HEL airport for the bus customers. If you book the AY bus connection to HEL as a part of your trip, you get access to the priority check-in and security (I'd assume it's at their OWS / business desk).
