Qantas Club discount

Hi all,

Couple of questions for other QBR members:

How do I access the discount for Qantas Club? It says there is a 20% discount, but I can't see anywhere to apply this and when I try to renew it gives me the full price. It may end up irrelevant as I may hit points club plus and have it included anyway but would still like to know.

Separate from the above, I have an upcoming flight to Perth, which I am not able to add my ABN to myself. I have had numerous issues with this flight, so I am hesitant to call up and get this fixed, in case my flight is inadvertently affected. Is it possible to have this considered a business flight after the fact?

1. I think you need to call Qantas Club (13 74 78)
2. Yes, you can make a missing points request through QBR after a week or so (and the flight needs to have posted to the QFF account first)
