I think the T&Cs mentioned you had to book direct but am not 100% sure. When I made my booking it was direct and then just claimed back through work. We have some flexibility in what we can/ cannot book and it is generally not an issue if the hotel is within the corporate rate or lower than what is presented in the corporate booking engine.
 
The T&C's indicate a minimum qualifying rate per night of USD30. I had to look closely today when researching some Malaysian properties.
