We are still unsure if someone was shorting Codan but if they did it would have been painful when the Company issued a progress report.
We had made two calls to the company to get that announcement issued. It was pleasing that they responded.
The market may be a little better on Thursday…..

Looking like a turn around in Australia is coming this morning based on the futures market. Just when you start having lots of doubts about your stock picks after about a week of drops the market may come good.
We never thought AfterPay could make a net profit unless they move into other areas of business.
The AUD is down so that will help our miners make good profits.

Had hoped to pick up some more CMW at 80.5 to get about 8.5% on parked funds but someone made the price jump.
We can be patient on Cromwell and may pay 81.

Bought some last Thursday at .795. Sold today for .84. Easy money. I've seen this pattern with this stock many times before.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to get some at 80 a few days ago but saw they were up to 84 today. I do think we will have other opportunities.

The way we look at it is that it is better to get about 8% rather than bugger all with a bank deposit. It isn’t as safe of course and yes there is a trading option with Cromwell as @Dr Ralph has mentioned.
