Travellers from NSW and Victoria who have received two COVID-19 vaccine doses and have not been to any exposure sites will be able to "enjoy a relatively normal Christmas" in South Australia, the state's Premier says. However, the change could impact borders with WA and Tasmania.

SA confirming interstate for Xmas for vaccinated travellers who haven't been to exposure sites which is good news.
"We also want to put some provisos around some testing when [interstate travellers] arrive.
However considering NSW / VIC have already or will stop announcing exposure sites how is that going to be done?
Also made clear is "No return 'to 2019-type conditions" which is what i thought might happen, there will be varying degrees of "open borders"
If PCR testing is required then that will kill demand pretty quick
