Current Bookings not showing

Is anyone else having issues with current bookings not showing. Logged in yesterday and mine is empty. I did call one hotel and the booking is still active and I am hoping it is a site issue and not just me. Luckily I had printed them all out and will most likely have to send off another email to PGR.

This is a very frustrating as I use the current bookings list regularly as I speculatively book rooms i may need during sales. Without this list i'm going to have to go through my email to ensure I cancel any non-needed bookings. :rolleyes:

The ability to book sale rates without a deposit is the main reason to switching from Hilton to Rydges for me at the moment. Luckily I have gotten into the habit of printing them out but will not help with cancelations until they fix the issue as I don't look forward to calling the hotels direct.

One thing I am finding is although I got some sub $100 rates booked for Melbourne CBD hotels last year they have a current sale including parking which brings it down to $70/night when you take off the parking cost. Only issue now is car hire is no longer cheap and I may switch to public transport if I don't really need a car.

That does not sound good. It would be the pits if someone had access to mine and cancelled all my bookings.

Did they have many points or bookings, is it showing their future bookings or just passed as mine still shows blank.

I have to say I find it a miracle if a stay goes smoothly at some of their hotels without some issue. Usually told one thing at checkin then something else when I settle the account.
 
Just rechecked my account and now passed stays are gone. Will most likely have my points and vouchers go next when I check in the morning.

No, only 220 points. But it showed three upcoming bookings for them.

When I selected “edit profile” it reverted to my account and points balance. Mine still shows no future bookings.

When I logout and back in, it reverts to this other members account, so its not a one-off error. Not a reassuring thought.

I’ve sent them another email.

I can only imagine the reply you will get. I would have sent a screen shot just to show you are not imagining it and there is an issue they need to fix. I suppose the main thing is you are not able to cancel or make any bookings on the other account.

Have your stays returned as mine are still missing. Did receive a generic email from them pointing out they had an issue Saturday night.

Nope still missing. Did get an email about the Saturday migration to a new system which created the privacy breach, but nothing about the missing stays.
 
My future bookings are missing but my past stay are all there.

I also print a copy of all my bookings so at least I know what I have booked.

I am gathering this part of the message went to everyone but sounds bad.

Does anyone have their bookings showing yet or an answer from PGR on if they will return . I was hoping it would be sorted by now so will send them a message.

Maybe someone else is currently logging into your account instead. 😵

I used to use them years ago then left due to a minor issue. When covid hit Hilton was not available in NSW so stayed at Rydges and made Black and have enjoyed the F&B discount since. If it was not for the ability to book a sale rate without a deposit I am unsure if I would use them.
