Hi, I have to cancel 2 business classic reward seats. When I go to cancel a note comes up saying I’ll receive a $784 credit voucher - rather than the 82,000 points I originally paid with. Is this a glitch? If I proceed will I get the voucher (which I don’t want) or will the points actually be refunded as per the cancellation policy elsewhere on the Qantas website?
