Anyone had a hydrosense bed topper ?

Husband has temperature control issues. So recently we found a hydrosense bed topper from a medical supply company

It definitely cools the bed down but not as much as advertised which is down to 8%
Just curious if anyone else has used them or had knowledge of them ?

I looked them up but thought it seemed quite a complex system, so did you end up buying one ?

Yep we have . Unfortunately we have a faulty fridge component in it . They are swapping it over this week.
So it didn't go as cool as husband wants lol
However so quiet..easy to use and you don't notice the topper on the bed at all except for the cold/cooling aspect.
It was very easy I have to say. We went out to a place out west and looked at it in person first.
I am pleased there is such a thing . It will make a difference for my husband
