Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

did you find websites aligned with in store stock when it came to clearances lines?
I did get everything I ordered, so I would have to say yes in this instance. Though I did notice there sometimes tends to be 1 or 2 extra bottles in-store when compared to online.
The Bannockburn is $65/bt everywhere that I’ve looked, did you get it on sale?

Yep so halfprice at $32.50. Minus the 6 bottle 10%/$20 promo/GC etc.

Nice haul. Where did you pick up all the LEAS? I could only find 2 on the LNS of Sydney.

Anyone got any thoughts on the latest GWD offer it's 50ish down to daily drinking $12.5

Normans Chais Clarendon McLaren Vale Shiraz 2016
I had some of that many years ago. Was ok without being all that interesting. Defo not premium and deserving of $50 tag but at $12.50 with four years on it, it could be quite a good value upscale bbq red.

The Normans Chais Clarendon McLaren Vale Shiraz from GWD is one I've tried quite a few times in the dim dark past before discovering the wealth of wine retailers online, a very nice drop in its day, early vintages (under cork) were rich, complex and hard to put down, not sure what the current iteration is like, at least $12.50 isn't going to break the bank...

The North West yielded better results this time round. LNS was like only st Leonard's that had significant stock? Lots of eager eyes in the area though I suspect 🤣

No, I try to have as little to do with GWD as possible these days.
But from a long time ago, Normans, Colonial Estate, Songlines for sure.
Monolith seems to be associated with Lou Miranda Estate.
Thanks. Good info.
I tried the Lou Miranda Shiraz from Vinomofo and sent it back I was Tempted by the 2016 monolith Shiraz just because of the three years in French oak but resisted. Perhaps a wise decision in hindsight.

Did anyone try the 2016 Monolith Reserve Shiraz???

I am really confused by this advertisment from Dan Murphy's
6 Museum release St Hallets Blackwell Shiraz for $220

At $15 a bottle shouldn't it be $90 based on recent market pricing 😂🤣😂

what price were the LEAS? do you have a receipt that you can please share with us? Thanks!
I used the BWS clearance price of $62.50 which is half BWS price.. in the store on BWS mobile website, I clicked find stock near me and a couple come up, they were at full price but I had already showed him the clearance page so he honoured it. Worth a shot, best of luck with it
