Well on Thursday in Canberra, when we had 5 cases all connected to Melbourne, and the people had been all over Canberra before they were finally locked down, I lined up for sushi in Manuka. There are signs everywhere saying 1.5m please. Most of the queue behaved - except for the two young mothers with 4 children who stood so close behind me that they were constantly bumping my handbag. I glared at them and they moved back maybe 30 cm. Made no attempt to control their children, who wove their way in and out of the line, and ignored several direct requests to keep distance. The shop itself had a sign permitting only 2 people at a time. You guessed it, when it was my turn, and the other space for 1 was free, in came all 6 of them. The shop staff did nothing about it. Although in fairness the approx 10 yo did say something like "mum we can't all go in at once". The mother just said "don't be annoying, come on now". I felt pretty angry about it, but short of walking away, I don't really know what I could have done.
