Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong part of the forums. Admin pls adjust if required.
I have traveled a couple of times in the past both international and domestic with The Roo and was allowed to board with my motorcycle helmet as carry on in addition to my 7 Kg bag. Planning on another trip soon with a friend and we are both going to travel light ( no checked bag) with helmets. I've been told this week by a random punter that QF no longer allow M/C helmets in the cabin due to the massive security risk or some other twaddle. Who's correct? My helmet is $1300- of brain insurance so I'm not keen on handing it over to someone unsympathetic as to its care.
TIA.
