Hey all,

I'm a bit puzzled on this one.

I've gifted my sister 2 complimentary QANTAS lounge passes so she can use them on JQ12 (Jetstar) from Narita, Japan in a couple of days time.

The Qantas website states it has a QANTAS operated business international lounge (Airport lounge locations | Qantas)
at this airport, but my sister when trying to link the pass to the airport through the Qantas site - "Narita" doesn't appear in the search results.

I have also tried and get the same experience. I called QFF and they couldn't see any issues except that my sister's booking might not have her QFF linked in it - but she's checked and she does.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Can she just turn up to the lunge and show her passes? Or is there a T&C clause I've missed where she isn't eligible?

JQ flights out of Narita leave from T3, the LCC terminal. The Qantas lounge is in T2, and you can only enter T2 with a valid boarding pass. The terminals aren't connected airside, so there's no way for a JQ pax to access the QF lounge unfortunately.

Although it does not change anything that @sbor90 I thought NRT only has 3 terminals with the LCC terminal being T3.

Oh damn - that sucks!

Would be nice for them to list that as a short 1 sentence "FYI....".

I'll ask for my passes back :)
