Wow, that's disappointing.
A week ago, eBay was $1 = 1pt. Today its 0.65 pts per $1 spent on eBay. hardly worth my time to go into the mall, sign in to QFF, sign into ebay, and find what I want on my watching list. That's a fail eBay.
Sure I pay with a QFF card too, but geez. JUST when I discover ebay is on the mall....Murphy's law.

Wow, that must've just happened this afternoon as it was still 1 point/$ around lunchtime

The main benefit of eBay via Qantas FF store is to keep family accounts from expiring. Can get better value using Cashrewards or other options with eBay. So while a decrease in rate is disappointing the rate is less important than the ability to earn a few points for little effort to keep accounts active - just need to make the eBay purchase a few months before inactivity date comes around as it takes some time for the points to track and post. But as posted by others above, it is back to 1pt/$ today.

I had the same rates mentioned above too earlier in the week before they were put back. I hope this isn't a sign of a points earn devaluation released pre-maturely
