, what a debacle. Got the Philippines Call Centre, with a lady who was either training or clueless (didn't know the difference between my QFF membership name and my company name - which is the first line of delivery address of the wine purchases). I was about to ask for a supervisor, then it clicked for her. Confirmed the purchase but gave me the "you may need to wait the full 6 weeks" rigmarole.
"Oh please dear Lord, you can't process manually? "I asked....
'No, because it may mean you get double the points."
Well that would be recompense for having to make this call
