Mrs C received DSC email at 7.07pm Saturday, nothing for me, both of us WP. Mrs C had already qualified WP till 07/20, I'm languishing at WP but will fall to PS as I'm unable to travel any more this year.
Edit: got excited as two QF emails just appeared....... Super Sale at Store for one, Barossa wines for the other.

B*gg*r!

I note that this promo doesn’t exclude discount business fares (I) as was the case in previous promotions.

Will book QF CMB-SIN-MEL-AKL-MEL-SIN-CMB (I fare) later today for $2,800 just so I can try out the new Waldorf Astoria Maldives.

960 SC at $2.92/SC not bad! I booked MEL-SYD-CGK with the WP discount (560SC at $3.42/SC), good option out of Oz for a single return trip.

* No DSC offer for me either. I received two other QF emails overnight about wine & points-store-sale.
* My current WP ends 31/05/19 and I have already requalified (1930SC) until 31/05/20.
* I have two QF bookings in place for June 2019, July 2019 - made with previous DSC offers - that get me 840 SC towards securing WP out to 31/05/21 - with 10 months to go.
* So I figure the algorithm says... "He doesn't need our help"
* I have not received any of the last three targeted SC offers from QF

Me - P1 nothing

Wife - Plat, received the offer

Does this also include the domestic legs of an international flight, e.g. MEL-SYD-CHC?

No, SC are credited for each flight independently. So only eligible international QF operated and marketed flights will get DSC.

Received it this afternoon, partner received it this morning.

Considering I also have a save x% as a Platinum offer, I'll be trying my hardest to stack it nicely.

Received the Plat offer too but reading the DSC T&Cs, would the below exclude the DSC offer when one use the Plat offer? Or are they referring to the Status Credit offer?

For example, if you qualify and register for a 50% more Status Credits offer and a double Status Credits offer on the same flight, you will receive the double Status Credits offer as it will result in the highest total number of bonus Status Credits. Only one Status Credits offer can be used per individual qualifying segment of your itinerary. Bonus Status Credits may be earned on multiple eligible flight bookings made during the promotion period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer by Qantas.

The boss did get one as well, so a busy couple of days sorting stuff.

Cheers.

Thanks for clarifying this point.

I reckon that's only to do with status credits, having a 50% and a double at the same time for instance (though incidentally I've never heard of anyone actually having that). I can't imagine QFF saying that because I got a 10% discount on the J (I) fare I don't get DSC as the discount is applied automatically (without me knowing perhaps) and to book the fare without it would mean not logging into my own account and later adding my FF#. Very roundabout way of doing things.

I tried to look at that and cant get it to come up under multi city
Assuming you are referring to my CMB fare, you will need to use something like Matrix and then BookwithMatrix.com to get it priced by an OTA. Don’t waste your time with Qantas.com multi-city engine, it’s useless for these type of multi city itineraries.

This is getting OT, but FYR, that fare allows stops in both directions in all destinations for the same price (+/- $100 AUD) In my case, I’m stopping in SIN on the way down (side trip to Conrad Koh Samui), then stop in MEL (home), separate trip to AKL/WEL/CHC at a later date, and then fly back out to SIN later in the year (another side trip in region somewhere) but then drop the final segment from SIN-CMB. That is of course unless the WA Maldives is so spectacular, I will then use the final leg and make a return visit to WA MLE.

If you don’t want a side trip to NZ, the fare is $2,300 AUD. A saving of $550, but for those hunting SCs it a no brainer at (80+80)x2=320. $550 for 320 SC = $1.7 per SC. Same day returns available.

Nothing for me, unfortunately. Annoying as I'm just about to book BNE-LHR return. Y only, but a flex far, so still worth some decent SCs. Did get one of the offers a few months ago, but didn't have the chance to use it. Blown my allocation, maybe?

Husband is umming and ahhhing as to where he needs to go.
I have already qualified for next year but was going to book a couple of small trips for after Nov 1 to give a bit of a start for next year. Ahh well hopefully will be targeted at some stage

Nothing for me, as WP. I already have WP in the bag for the next membership year however, so perhaps they think I don’t need it. Though I’d definitely take advantage of it to bank another year, as I have a few trips to plan.

If I'm reading it right then the domestic legs don't count towards double SC's so from Melbourne to the U.S. it seems like the best option is to route via Sydney to DFW rather than MEL - LAX? I'm heading to Appleton, Wisconsin so either option works OK to get there.
