domestic flight on international leg

does anyone know if qantas is still offering domestic flights on domestic leg of international routes, ie MEL on SYD on QF74 etc

Does anyone know if I fly BNE International - SYD International and want to transfer to a SQ flight, whether I can do it at the transfer desk (i.e. airside).

The domestic leg arrives at SYD 07:40
and the international flight departs at 09:30

Enough time and doable? Not sure what the MCT is for an international - international connection.

It would be on two separate PNRs and hopefully QANTAS would interline the bags.

Would it not be better to see if you can "depart" australia in BNE? Thus you're already done with immigration + customs.

Nope, nor SYD-MEL or MEL-SYD. And JQ seem to have dropped their SYD-MEL as well. Very disappointing for those WPs who don't do a lot of international flying.

serfty, is it only bookable in May? Or could it possibly be done earlier? Do I just search for the flight on jetstar.com ?

Edit: found it... seems like May is not the only month, I found availability in November. Not really worth $349 for *Class I would think... $79 for the flight isn't bad though or $109 in November.

The usual lounge privileges. FCL if Plat, BCL if you're a QP/Gold member.
