PER QF international T3 Transit Lounge

Hi all. Later this month am going on QF10 PER to MEL connecting to QF95 to LAX that evening. I am a Qantas Gold traveling PE. As its international all the way can i use the T3 international transit lounge in PER or am I restricted to the Domestic T4 QC lounge? There is also an international business lounge in T4?

There will me myself and wife and 2 kids too if that makes any difference.

The Perth International Transit Lounge is only for customers transiting in Perth when travelling on international flights - QF9 from Melbourne to London and QF10 from London to Melbourne. Customers traveling on QF10 from Perth to Melbourne (on a Qantas Domestic sector) are invited to use Qantas’ Domestic Business Lounge or Qantas Club:

Intention there is if travelling on a Qantas international flight that isn't QF9, ie the flight to SIN, then QP and SG can use that lounge. Wording on that link though is ambiguous at best.
