How do I change my earning preference from Qantas to Altitude?

Now that I look at my travels (mostly overseas), my card usage (mostly Amex), the conversion from Altitude to SQ is much more compelling than earning QF points.

I imagine I call in to make the shift.

... can I do this where the Amex earns Altitude, and the Mastercard earns Qantas?

I believe so. Call amex and westpac directly.
