Using lounge pass on Qantas number but not Qantas metal

Daughter in law is flying on a Qantas codeshare Air.China.actually is China Airlines after rechecking
Husband receives business class lounge invitations courtesy of his credit card. Can she use one in Sydney on the above scenario?

I think so from reading the T&Cs.

There are still some paper passes but those are being phased out. The T&Cs for the digital passes are found here: Complimentary invitations | Qantas

The T&Cs for the paper passes are similar.

You can login and see if you have any digital passes and if you can see some you can see if the system will let you link the pass or not.
 
Obviously if you have both digital and paper passes one would use one with the closest expiry date first.
 
Air China or China Airlines? There is a difference (not that it is relevant to that question from the OP)
