im booked in lhr - sin in J on 5th of June at 10:30pm.

The booking was made through virgin using velocity points. We are thinking we’d prefer the 11:25am flight instead (easier with bub), but virgin have no partner award availability.

Do SQ ever make late releases available to partners?

Or had anyone ever successfully made changes directly with SQ to a partner award booking that was made via VA

Ideally I’d also like to upgrade to F suites, but pretty sure I’m dreaming on that one

I'm pretty sure any changes will need to be made by Velocity. SQ doesn't know VA's rules/fees/charges (if any) which might be applicable to the change. They'll refer you back to VA.
